Biography
Jane is a Licensed Professional Counselor, with a Masters in Psychology, specializing in Transpersonal Psychology, and Child Psychology. She works with adults, teens, and parents/children. Jane is a Certified Imago Relationship Counselor and can help families and couples to get along better.
She is the developer of Social Harmony, a conflict resolution and bullying prevention program for schools, as well as, a co-founder of ReTribe which provides Rite of Passage programming for teens.
Jane is on the faculty of Integration Concepts and teaches Breathwork Facilitation to other professionals, as well as offering breathwork to her private clients.
Jane is a longterm meditator, and incorporates mindfulness techniques into her therapy, as well as using Jungian dreamwork, and Internal Family Systems Therapy approaches.

I am faculty for Integration Concepts Breath Therapy, and will be happy to help you to do very deep work, getting to the core of your issues using this body oriented modality. Perfect for PTSD, trauma, depression, anxiety, for those needing clarity on decisions, and for those who are grieving. Breathwork is also helpful for those people who desire a personal transcendent experience.
